Schedule Monday through Friday, 1:00pm – 5:00pm

Position Summary Position Summary: The Part-Time Bilingual Receptionist provides front desk support at CIRI headquarters, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. This role assists with administrative and operational tasks along with the full-time receptionist.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally; return messages and relay accurate information to the appropriate staff.

Greet and assist clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff or resources.

Maintain appointment calendars for Immigration Legal Services staff, schedule and confirm appointments.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Assist with office logistics, including ordering supplies and supporting CIRI events as needed.

Perform general administrative duties, such as scanning, filing, and maintaining office organization.

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish

(required).

Experience in a busy reception or front-office environment.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
