Are you detail driven, hands on, and passionate about keeping live event gear safe and show ready? LMG is hiring a Rigging Quality Control Technician to ensure our professional rigging equipment is fully inspected, functional, and ready to hit the road for concerts, corporate shows, festivals, and global productions.
From prepping shackles and motors to inspecting case hardware and staging components, you will be a critical checkpoint that ensures our events are supported with the safest rigging possible.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Rigging QC Technician, you will inspect, test, organize, and prepare rigging equipment to meet strict operational and safety standards.
Your Day to Day
✅ Functional Rigging Testing – Set up and test rigging components to replicate real show conditions and validate operational safety
✅ Repairs & Cosmetic Care – Perform minor repairs, cleaning, relabeling, and case maintenance
✅ Order Accuracy – Receive, check, and verify show orders and manifests to ensure all required items are included
✅ Inventory Prep & Organization – Support warehouse organization through coded binning, labeling, and proper storage of gear
✅ Logistics Support – Load trucks safely, balancing and positioning cases to prevent shifting or transport damage
What We’re Looking For
1 to 2 years AV rigging experience
High school diploma or equivalent
A proactive, organized mindset and strong attention to detail
Ability to work safely around heavy equipment, lifts, and warehouse environments
Adaptability and a positive, team driven attitude
