Job Description
Licensed Mental Health Therapist | SUD/MH Telehealth Programs Brightside Health (www.brightside.com) is a leading tech-enabled healthcare company. We are looking to hire licensed professional clinical counselors, licensed clinical social workers, or licensed marriage and family therapists with an LCADC certification who are passionate about treating patients with mental health and SUD. Our outpatient & intensive outpatient (IOP) programs are catered to the distinctive needs of individual adults, incorporating mostly 1:1 sessions and the opportunity to facilitate group therapy. Our therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, prioritizing personalized and culturally responsive care. What We’re Looking For: LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW independent license is
required
LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor) certification is
required
Licensed independently as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist for at least 1 year
Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to individual adults struggling with SUD.
Availability to provide minimum 9 hours weekly; open Monday-Sunday with no weekend requirements
Must welcome treating

backgrounds and be committed to delivering culturally responsive care
Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into clinical practice
Your Role as a Therapist at Brightside Health:
Work in-office once a week at 9850 Von Allmen Ct, Louisville, KY as Brightside’s liaison for State Surveys, audits, and compliance tasks, including monthly fire drills (receive a $200/week in-office liaison stipend - includes mileage).
Provide structured, effective, and developmentally appropriate individuals within the mental health and Substance Use Disorder Therapy programs.
Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinical leadership to address the unique needs of clients. Case consultation meetings are not mandatory, but we offer them for your clinical support.
Maintain timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly, reliable Salesforce EHR.
Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers to support comprehensive treatment and with fellow therapists as part of the growing therapist community.
