Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, ACSW, AMFT) – FT Day
Compensation Information:
$53.5 - $65 / hour

Job Summary Provide clinical services to underserved, overlooked, and vulnerable patients under the supervision of the Mental Health Coordinator or Clinical Supervisor. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions. Provide mental health consultation and training to facility staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and diagnostic evaluations.
Complete clinical documentation, including service reports and mental health treatment records, in a timely manner.
Provide consultation services to institutional staff regarding the mental status and management of persons served.
Participate in staff meetings, in-service training programs, and specialized clinical services and/or program development activities.
Maintain accountability for services through participation in the Quality Improvement program and timely accurate recording of activities.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Master’s degree in a behavioral/social science field from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
Coursework and professional experience that indicates knowledge of mental health counseling, group and individual psychotherapy, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, psychological assessment techniques, crisis intervention, and mental health consultation.
Licenses/Certifications:
LMSW, LPC, or similar licensure in the state from the appropriate state licensing board; Must maintain CPR certification and any other certifications (such as First Aid) required.
