Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a full‑time
Grounds Maintenance Technician
responsible for preparing work areas and conducting work to ensure safety, business continuity, and cleanliness. The position supports locations in the
Treasure Coast, FL
area. Experience and Skills Required
Requires minimum 1 year of related experience (mowing, weed eating, litter removal, basic plumbing repairs) Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record Customer interface skills (communications, problem solving, work prioritization & scheduling) Plumbing skills (minor restroom repair of toilets, sinks, and fixtures) Building skills (doors & hardware, furniture & hardware, bulletin boards, etc.) Meeting setup skills (arranging chairs/tables, AV equipment setup) Painting skills (for touch‑ups and miscellaneous tasks) Computer skills (email, scheduling, maintenance management, work order & PM’s) Schedule
Full time; Day shift, Monday through Friday.
Must be able to work nights and weekends as required. Salary
$15–$17/hr depending on experience Total Compensation Package
