Position
Matheson Tri‑Gas, a supplier of industrial and specialty gases and gas handling equipment in the United States is seeking an experienced Lab Tech for our Eagan, MN location.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and calibration on analytical equipment.
Calculate, prepare, and fill medical and specialty gas mixtures and pures using partial pressure and gravimetric techniques.
Analyze products for purity conformance to specifications.
Process cylinders for shipment, including painting, labeling, and preparing certificates of analysis.
Maintain all quality control records and other required documentation to comply with company, local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
Test and certify incoming raw materials for production.
Cylinder handling and loading as required.
Participate in all required safety activities and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or 10 years of analytical experience.
Experience working in a quality assurance laboratory capacity and familiarity with analytical gas techniques.
Solid math and computer skills.
Able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
