**Shift:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM**Job Summary:**

This role supports a high-quality, person-centered care model that emphasizes accessibility, timeliness, and continuity of care. As an LPN, you will play a key part in administering medications, supporting outpatient psychiatric care, and facilitating recovery for individuals across multiple service lines including addiction treatment and residential programs.
