Snubbing Operator

and help deliver expert energy services across the wellsite, including drilling, completions, re-fracing, production, workover, and plug and abandonment. Your role will involve rigging, truck and crane operations, equipment maintenance, and safe execution of field and shop tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform shipping, loading, and unloading duties following Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and company procedures.

Support crew members on site and in the shop as directed.

Place equipment as assigned by the supervisor and operate heavy machinery when properly certified.

Work at customer well locations, often in inclement weather and confined spaces.

Complete job-related paperwork, driver’s logs, and vehicle inspection reports.

Install, disassemble, and maintain equipment per manufacturer standards, including minor repairs and troubleshooting.

Monitor and adjust processes or equipment to maximize quality and efficiency while adhering to safety guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; less than a high school education is acceptable.

2–4 years of relevant work experience; supervisory experience not required.

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience as a forklift or crane operator.

HSE or quality certifications, Class A CDL, or relevant oilfield product line experience.

Physical Requirements

Precise hand‑eye coordination and basic keyboarding or repetitive motions.

Frequent operation of heavy equipment or vehicles; lifting/pushing objects over 50 lb.

Ability to climb, work in awkward and cramped positions, and walk on concrete and uneven surfaces.

Exposure to inclement weather, bright lights, loud noise, dust, gas, and fumes.
