Overview
We are seeking a experienced dedicated and skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology Sonographer to join our healthcare team. The ultrasound sonographer will be responsible for providing quality imaging for Obstetrical and GYN patients. Graduate of Accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. RDMS certified in OB/GYN.
Responsibilities
Prepare the patient for the exam
Accurate reporting if images to the Physician
Maintain Sonographer equipment and maintain that all maintenance has been reformed
Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
Present cases to reading Physician
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Stay current with advancements in obstetrics and gynecology through continuous professional development.
Ability to preform high volume Obstetrical and GYN ultrasound while maintiaing accuracy
assist with invasive procedures
Skills
Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology relevant to obstetrics and gynecology.
Proficiency in patient care practices, ensuring compassionate and effective treatment.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
Familiarity with diagnostic radiology principles as they pertain to women's health.
Program. RDMS certified in OB/GYN.
