JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Clerical Associate, you maintain a professional image and prioritize customer relations in line with our Service Excellence Standards. Responsibilities include routing incoming calls, distributing registration forms, inputting demographic data, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, collecting co-payments, and managing records effectively and professionally. This role requires that you perform diverse clerical tasks and support medical office staff as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS As a Clerical Associate, you maintain a professional image and prioritize customer relations in line with our Service Excellence Standards. Responsibilities include routing incoming calls, distributing registration forms, inputting demographic data, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, collecting co-payments, and managing records effectively and professionally. This role requires that you perform diverse clerical tasks and support medical office staff as needed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Must be able to perform basic clerical functions and comprehend medical terminology.
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience or training in a medical practice.
