Role & Responsibilities

Inspect the community’s physical condition, identifying unsafe or broken items and initiating corrective action.

Perform minor and routine repairs—HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance—to keep apartment units and common areas in safe, functional condition.

Assist with groundskeeping tasks including raking, sweeping, shoveling, and moving large items as required.

Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance and inspections on all utilities, equipment, and facilities.

Maintain accurate work logs, incident reports, and progress updates for supervisors.

Communicate effectively with residents to resolve maintenance requests promptly.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications
