Position Description
Immediately hiring a permanent full‑time Shipping and Receiving associate to support our facility in Golden, CO. Pay is weekly: $19.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent PC skills in MS Office
SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Important Note Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification, motor‑vehicle records checks, a road test, and/or background checks of the customer to whom you are assigned.
Responsibilities
Check truck drivers in and out
Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity per warehouse direction and vendor assignment
Verify the accuracy of all shipping and receiving documentation
Partner with inventory to resolve discrepancies
Assist in appointment scheduling as needed
Update required reports in a timely manner
Communicate with customers and assist with their needs
Depending on location, may require operating equipment and equipment certification
Other duties as required or assigned
