Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor maintenance technicians; ensure safety and compliance.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair
manufacturing equipment , utilities, and facility systems.
Utility Expertise:
HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Compressed Air, WFI, Clean Steam.
Compliance:
Maintain
FDA, OSHA, and audit readiness .
Preventive Maintenance:
Execute PM schedules and
root-cause analysis
using CMMS.
Requirements
5+ years in
regulated maintenance
(Pharma/Nutra/Med-Device).
Strong
leadership ,
problem-solving , and
technical skills .
Ability to read
P&IDs, blueprints, SOPs ; deep utility knowledge.
