Responsibilities
Oversight of medication administration
Quarterly nursing assessments of all individuals on caseload
Oversight of medical/clinical case management for the individuals living in the residences, including interacting with community providers, and communicating medical/nursing needs/orders to other members of the team
Training unlicensed assistive personnel on the medical/nursing/clinical needs of the individuals, and providing direction and education on how to meet those needs
Using agency's electronic medical record system for documentation purposes
Schedule and Compensation Registered Nurse Minimum Salary:
$75,866.54/year
Registered Nurse Maximum Salary:
$75,866.54/year
Schedule:
M-F flexible schedule
Qualifications
A current NYS Registered Nurse licensure and registration, with a minimum of one-year post-licensure experience
Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
