Responsibilities
Southridge Behavioral Hospital, a joint venture with Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, serves up to 96 adult and geriatric patients across four units. The Inpatient Clinician/Clinical Social Worker provides psychiatric case‑management and therapeutic services, coordinates care between hospital and community, and conducts treatment and discharge planning with education for patients.
Hours and Location Flexible per diem options. An ideal candidate would be open to some weekend coverage each month. The facility is located at 6291 Venture Hills Boulevard SW, Byron Center, MI 49315.
Qualifications
Masters degree required.
Minimum of three years’ experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility preferred.
Active Michigan Level license (LMSW, LLMSW, LLPC, LPC, LLP, TLLP).
