Creative Solutions in HealthCare is looking for a dedicated and reliable Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to lead quality care and support resident well‑being.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance to Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.
Properly and safely administer resident medications as prescribed.
Execute resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physician orders.
Deliver treatments as required to ensure resident health and comfort.
Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in resident charts and complete required nursing assessments.
Participate in shift reports to ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
Educate staff on nursing policies and procedures, and implement nursing practices.
Promote a safe working environment by complying with infection control and body‑mechanical procedures.
Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff as necessary.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.
Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to organize workflows effectively.
Efficient response to emergencies and keen attention to detail in all tasks.
