Care Associate Med Surgical PRN Rotating Job Summary The Care Associate provides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living, comfort measures, and maintains a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

What We're Looking For
Education:
High School or GED, Required.
Licensure/Certification:
Completion of Novant Health sponsored training program, required. Completion of Novant Health Safety Attendant training, required.
Additional Skills Required:
Strong communication, effective writing, computer skills, strong customer service skills.
Additional Skills Preferred:
Basic computer skills for documentation. Potential assignment of Medical Unit Receptionist (MUR) and Safety Attendant duties as determined by unit leaders.
