Outside Sales & Business Development Manager
Location: West Chester, OH
Reports To: Regional Director
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview The Outside Sales & Business Development Manager plays a dual role:
Generating new business through direct sales efforts (New sales outreach, networking, presentations).
Developing strategic partnerships with property managers, facility directors, and local businesses to build long-term contract opportunities.
This position directly drives revenue growth and brand presence for the franchise’s commercial cleaning services.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify potential clients through various sales outreach methods, on‑site visits, networking events, and digital outreach.
Conduct site inspections to determine service needs and prepare customized janitorial proposals.
Present service solutions and negotiate contract terms with decision‑makers.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with commercial property management firms and industry associations.
Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators assigned by management.
Attend scheduled meetings with the Regional Director and other key personnel.
Attend local business events and chamber meetings to promote the brand.
Track all sales activity in CRM.
Collaborate with operations for smooth service implementation and customer retention strategies.

Compensation Package $60,000 annually
Commission 50% of first month’s billings on new contract sales revenue
Benefits Health, PTO, and 401(k)
Required results : The successful candidate will be responsible for generating $80,000–$100,000 in new monthly recurring janitorial contract sales through proactive prospecting and client relationship development.
