This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Greater Houston for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, developing and implementing sales strategies, collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs, and representing True Power at key networking events. The role requires strategic planning skills to target potential clients in both residential and commercial sectors.
Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Negotiation, and Market Analysis
Knowledge of the energy sector, deregulated markets, or related industries is highly beneficial
Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Problem‑Solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required
Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales software; Microsoft Office Suite familiarity
