We’re building the leading platform that turns real conversations into powerful video, podcasts, webinars, and whatever comes next. We are looking for a Senior Creative Copywriter who lives at the intersection of data and storytelling. You aren’t just here to write pretty sentences; you are here to build a brand voice that resonates and write performance copy that converts. This role balances high-converting direct response (landing pages, video ads) with brainstorming brand awareness campaigns. This role is part of the Creative Team and reports directly to the Director of Brand. What you’ll do: Direct Response Copy:

Craft messaging that drives immediate action without sacrificing brand integrity. Conversion Optimization:

Write and iterate on high-impact copy for landing pages, sales pages, and website flows. You will work closely with the Growth team to run A/B tests and CRO experiments. Ideation:

concepting and copywriting for ads across all paid channels. You understand the mechanics of a hook, value prop, and CTA. Scripting : Write compelling scripts for both performance marketing (UGC, short-form, direct response) and high-level brand films. Tone of Voice : You are the keeper of the brand. You will refine, maintain, and enforce our Tone of Voice guidelines across the entire company, ensuring we sound like us whether it’s a billboard or a support email. Brand Strategy:

Participate in high-level creative planning to align our messaging with our long-term business goals. Word of Mouth (WOM) Initiatives:

help develop and execute creative ideas people can not ignore. Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following criteria: Native English Speaker:

You have complete mastery of spoken and written U.S. English. You possess proven

cultural literacy

in American media, humor, and trends. 5+ Years of Experience:

Minimum 5 years writing marketing content specifically focused on the U.S. market. Conversion-Focused Portfolio:

A strong portfolio demonstrating successful content and high-conversion landing page copy. We are looking for copy that turns clicks into conversions and customers into fans Strategic & Proactive (Self-Briefing):

You don't wait to be fed. You have the ability to take a loose business goal and

write your own creative briefs . You can reverse-engineer the strategy needed before writing a single word. True Ownership Mindset:
