The Role As the Restaurant General Manager, you will lead a high‑volume upscale restaurant (200–300 covers) in a food‑focused environment for 5+ years. You will champion staff development, create memorable guest experiences, and serve as an ambassador for Indigo Road, engaging the local community to procure the highest quality products.

Lead with passion for restaurant, F&B, and hospitality, and participate in volunteer and charity initiatives.
Nurture your team by fostering staff development and a positive atmosphere that motivates the team and ensures we meet our P&L goals.
Enrich your community by engaging local vendors, businesses, and farms to source quality products while educating junior team members.
Be the solution by overseeing all facets of the restaurant, resolving challenges, and maintaining effective communication with team members and the community.
Requirements for Success
5+ years successfully running a high‑volume upscale food‑focused restaurant.
Proven experience delivering top‑notch dining experiences.
Compassion for people and embrace Indigo Road core values.
Strong problem‑resolution skills and ability to proactively set the team up for success.
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to navigate important conversations.
