Hollman Inc. is seeking a Motion Graphic Design Specialist to lead the creation of branded marketing materials, sales enablement tools, and motion‑enhanced digital content that drive customer engagement and support business growth.
This role is ideal for a designer who can deliver clean, persuasive static and motion‑based visual work—and also write the supporting copy that brings those visuals to life. In addition to traditional brand and sales design, this role will help elevate Hollman’s digital presence by adding motion graphics, light animation, and video elements to digital ads, website experiences, and campaign assets.
The position involves collaborating directly with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Design Engineer teams to translate business needs into strong visual and motion‑driven assets that clarify value, tell the Hollman story, and improve conversion.
Key Responsibilities Motion Graphics & Digital Animation
Design and produce motion graphics and animated assets for digital advertising, website content, email campaigns, and social media
Add motion to existing static designs to improve engagement and performance across digital channels
Create short‑form animations such as product highlights, explainer visuals, transitions, and branded loops
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and Sales to develop motion assets optimized for paid media, landing pages, and web experiences
Ensure motion graphics align with brand standards, messaging hierarchy, and overall visual identity
Assist with light video editing, animated typography, and visual storytelling as needed
Stay current on motion design trends and best practices for digital marketing performance
Brand and Visual Design
Design marketing collateral including brochures, one‑pagers, sales decks, event signage, static and motion‑based digital assets, and branded templates
Lead the visual execution of marketing campaigns and sales tools across multiple verticals
Create compelling visuals that balance brand aesthetics with functional storytelling
Maintain and evolve design templates and motion standards to ensure consistency and scalability
Support visual content for web, social, paid media, and internal branding initiatives
Enhanced Qualifications (Additions Highlighted) Required
5+ years of experience in brand design, visual communications, marketing design, or motion‑enhanced digital design
Demonstrated experience creating motion graphics or animated digital content
Strong portfolio showcasing static design, motion graphics, and marketing copywriting (required)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and/or Premiere Pro, Canva, PowerPoint/Keynote, and AI platforms.
Strong understanding of digital‑first design principles, including performance‑driven creative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced environment
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience animating for paid digital ads, websites, or landing pages
Familiarity with web animation formats (GIFs, MP4s, Lottie, or similar)
Basic understanding of UX/UI or web design collaboration
Experience in B2B, physical products, interior design, fitness, or commercial architecture
Familiarity with CRM, CMS, or marketing automation tools
