YOUR ROLE The Supervisor, Integrated Investment is a mid‑level leader responsible for overseeing a team of media professionals and ensuring the successful planning, buying, execution, and performance tracking of media campaigns. This role blends tactical media buying expertise with team leadership and client‑facing responsibilities. The Supervisor serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external media partners, ensuring operational excellence, strategic alignment, and continual campaign performance improvement.
You will lead campaign development, guide junior staff, and provide senior‑level support across a portfolio of accounts, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and driving innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Tactical Planning & Execution
Translate media strategies into actionable investment plans aligned with client goals and audience insights
Review and fine tune media plan recommendations for Director review
Review and approve buys, authorizations, and placements created by junior team members
Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations
Manage the tactical mix of media channels (e.g., Linear TV, CTV, Digital, Audio, OOH, Social, Programmatic, Influencer, Content, Experiential) depending on campaign needs
Work with the Planning, Analytics and Biddable team to ensure investments are data‑informed and measurable
Client Management & Communication
Serve as a day‑to‑day junior‑level client contact for all campaign‑related issues, optimizations, and strategic discussions
Lead relevant client presentations and status meetings, articulating campaign performance, investment decisions, and recommendations
Troubleshoot any campaign issues and provide timely resolutions and updates
Partner with Planning Teams to align media investment with brand objectives and business KPIs
Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and platforms
Lead negotiations for optimal rates, value‑adds, sponsorships, and inventory packages
Stay updated on market conditions, media trends, and opportunities for innovation or test‑and‑learn campaigns
Evaluate vendor proposals and recommend new partners or platforms to test
Performance & Reporting
Oversee and guide the creation of reporting deliverables by junior team members
Analyze campaign performance data and extract actionable insights
Lead post‑campaign analyses and work with analytics teams to measure ROI, efficiency, and engagement
Present learnings and optimization plans to internal stakeholders
Ensure financial accuracy and timeliness in billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
Track and manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasts
Maintain internal documentation and ensure compliance with agency processes and client contracts (Investment Trackers, Pacing, Dashboards, etc)
Supervise and mentor a team of Assistants and Buyers, providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations
Oversee day‑to‑day responsibilities of junior staff, ensuring quality control, timeline adherence, and best practices
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth‑oriented team culture
Participate in training new team and department members
Act as a resource for problem‑solving, workload balancing, and process improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
Deep understanding of both traditional and digital media channels, pricing models, and performance metrics
Strong client‑service orientation and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
Prior experience managing and mentoring junior staff
Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
Strategic mindset and a passion for media innovation and industry trends
Proficient in tools like Excel, OneStrata, Nielsen, Comscore, Google Campaign Manager, and Excel; High‑level understanding of Social platforms and DSPs
