The Position The Bilingual Aquatics Manager at the British Swim School is responsible for day‑to‑day operations of the aquatics program and customer service interactions with parents, guardians, and potential clients. Priorities include ensuring program delivery according to brand safety standards, managing a team of Swim Instructors, participating in ongoing training, engaging with customers, and teaching lessons. The role requires due diligence tracking instructor certifications and continuing instructor development.
Your Typical Responsibilities
Onboard and manage Swim Instructors to maintain smooth execution of daily aquatics and service operations.
Create Swim Instructor and pool lesson schedules.
Address and document employee and/or client issues as well as pool incidents.
Teach Swim Instructors the British Swim School aquatics program.
Required Qualifications
Lifeguard, CPR, and/or First Aid certifications.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
1+ years of customer service and/or management experience.
Experience in swimming and fitness teaching/management.
Preferred Qualifications
A specialist aquatics qualification is desirable, but not required.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification.
