As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will assist the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sales and profit goals while guiding team members through performance and training initiatives. Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution. Support the General Manager in achieving sales and profit goals. Guide and develop team members through performance and training initiatives. Participate in local store marketing efforts to promote store performance. Qualifications
Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience. Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service. Eligible to work in the U.S. Benefits
