What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement standardized workflows across the National AMS team
Support the configuration of the agency management system (AMS) and document all processes and procedures
Create reporting outputs and client deliverables, and lead training efforts for team members
Define requirements and redesign business processes, workflows, and data standards for efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain business process artifacts for training and reference purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
Strong understanding of the insurance brokerage business
Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience in process improvement and workflow efficiency
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with an agency management system
Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
Demonstrates a bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results
