Responsibilities
Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
Answer all incoming service calls
Schedule service appointments
Interact with service customers to identify their individual needsComplete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager
Conduct sales department service tours
Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
Qualifications
Outstanding customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with service team
