What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Coordinate collection and maintenance of provider information and communicate with payer representatives for timely enrollment
Review and process provider enrollment packets to ensure completeness and compliance
Maintain accurate provider data in enrollment and credentialing databases
Respond to inquiries from providers and departments regarding enrollment and billingDevelop and manage reporting structures and tracking systems for enrollment processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree OR high school diploma plus 4 years of experience in medical revenue cycle and/or credentialing/enrollment
Strong understanding of payer enrollment and credentialing requirements
Ability to maintain confidentiality standards within the department
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in data entry and management within credentialing/enrollment databases
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in coordinating with third‑party payers regarding enrollment activities
Familiarity with Epic IT systems and professional billing processes
Knowledge of Medicaid Enrollment procedures
Participation in continuing education programs related to credentialing
