A day in the life:
In the dynamic role of Events & Sponsorship Marketing Manager at Monster Energy, you'll propel the brand's strategic marketing direction to new heights. Immerse yourself in supporting and aligning with Monster's exhilarating marketing objectives, strategies, and philosophy. Dive into the creation, planning, and execution of electrifying marketing events and programs, ensuring seamless integration across all brand platforms. Amplify brand awareness by aligning your marketing efforts with pivotal sales initiatives. Take charge of managing global and regional sponsorships, negotiating and overseeing agencies and local vendors, and securing internal approvals in the Future Projects Forum (FPF) for groundbreaking events and partnerships. The impact you’ll make:
Lead event annual planning , aligning with brand strategy and ensuring timelines, logistics, and deliverables are met for execution. Staff planning, with appropriate employees, vendors for all on-site event staff with event goals and proper brand representation.
Oversee the annual contract process (scope and approvals). Project approvals in internal forums (i.e. FPF) including presentations and budget.
Supervise on-site setup, execution, and teardown to ensure flawless delivery and quick resolution of any operational issues
Oversee inventory, storage, and maintenance of event assets to ensure availability and brand consistency across activations.
Ensure all event elements strictly follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency in image, messaging, and experience.
Manage budget efficiently and contract negotiation with agencies and vendors to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality event execution.
Lead the events presentations during internal and specific bottlers meetings
Event recaps - photos, SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat), sampling overview and provide key takeaways to inform future planning.
Who you are:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Public Relations, or other related fields.
Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in event production, event, convention planning,marketing
Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in project management
Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Office Programs – Word, Excel, Power Point
