Kitchen and Bath Designer (Design Sales)
ProSource Wholesale is seeking a Kitchen and Bath Designer (Design Sales) to join the Greenville team. This full‑time, in‑person role offers a competitive base pay starting at $20 per hour, with potential for $50,000–$55,000 in the first year through base salary, bonuses, and commissions. Benefit packages are available.
In this role you will work closely with the sales team, building the business from a large existing customer base and helping trade professionals design and quote cabinetry projects to their clients’ specifications. You will use 20/20 software to design cabinetry, manage the full‑cycle ordering process for kitchen, bath, and other cabinet products, maintain pricing and merchandising for the Kitchen and Bath department, assist the sales team in gaining product knowledge, promote our Kitchen and Bath program, and lead educational events for trade professionals and our sales team.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and selling cabinetry projects.
Minimum of 2 years creating designs with 20/20 software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Sales skills and project management experience preferred.
NKBA certification is a plus.
