What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist with all store functions and daily activities including opening and closing procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including stockroom and sales floor
Process corporate directives and manage freight flow in accordance with productivity standards
Ensure a positive and respectful environment through professional interactions with customers and associates
Help the Store Manager with inventory management and merchandising tasks
What is Required (Qualifications)
Prior retail and management experience preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required
Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet physical demands of the job
Must be able to work in a high-energy, team environment
Adherence to company policies and safety guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a leadership role within a retail environment
Familiarity with merchandising and inventory management strategies
Proven ability to create a positive shopping experience for customers
Skills in managing freight flow and stock replenishment
Knowledge of retail operations and compliance standards
