You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a "friends first" mindset. (What’s the AEO Selling Model? We’ll teach you everything you need to know!) Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy to make each guest’s day better. Be a team player and support the team in getting the job done. Maintain integrity by adhering to AEO policies and procedures. You’d Be Great For This Role If
You love interacting with people and stay energized in fast-paced environments. You can work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop. You love AE and Aerie products.
