Easy Auto is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our growing team at our Cleveland, TN location.
Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers throughout the sales process, providing a positive and personalized experience
Build and maintain relationships with customers and relay key information about the vehicles and services we offer
Develop and maintain knowledge of our vehicle inventory and dealership services
Collaborate with finance and management teams to ensure the customer's paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives
Utilize effective sales techniques, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up
Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales referrals, activities, and goals
Requirements
Minimum of two years of customer service preferred; no sales or finance experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
Highly self‑motivated, coachable, customer driven, and possess a strong work ethic
Maintains a professional appearance and conduct at all times
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Benefits
Guaranteed base pay of $5,000/month – plus commission
Healthy work‑life balance; average 40 hours a week, Mondays through Fridays 10:00 am – 6:00 pm and Saturdays 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
Potential to make $10,000+/month within the first year
Performance‑based pay with uncapped opportunity, earn between $60,000 – $200,000/annually
Unheard of Paid Time Off (PTO) policy: six paid holidays each year and close to two weeks of PTO within the first year; three weeks of PTO by the fourth year; ability to roll 7 PTO days forward into the following year; paid parental leave for employees welcoming a new baby
