Level Up USA is seeking a motivated and energetic Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our growing Cincinnati team.

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns while assisting with event sales efforts. You will work closely with both marketing and sales teams to help increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and overall campaign success.
Assist in creating and executing marketing and event‑based sales campaigns aligned with target audiences and growth objectives.
Support event sales initiatives by engaging with customers and communicating brand messaging, products, and promotions.
Conduct market research and contribute ideas to reach diverse customer segments.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support outreach strategies and campaign performance.
Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on customer engagement, campaign execution, and sales fundamentals.
Serve as a point of contact for customers during live events and promotional activities.
Manage multiple tasks while supporting live marketing campaigns and team initiatives.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure company and campaign goals are met.
Maintain a professional, positive, and consistent brand presence at all events.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Creative mindset with a willingness to share new ideas.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to follow‑through.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing, professional demeanor when engaging directly with customers.
Comfortable working in fast‑paced, event‑based environments.
