Event Marketing Specialist
Pay Rate:
$25.00 - $27.50 /hour Duration:
4 month contract role with possibility of extension Schedule:
40 hours week, M-F 9am-5pm Work Location:
Westminster, CO In this role, you will support the planning and execution of events designed to drive measurable revenue growth and achieve key business objectives. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional partnersespecially Salesto ensure seamless event execution and effective lead follow-up. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented marketer who thrives in an execution-focused, results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Support the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person marketing events Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination and day-of execution support Utilize event management tools to handle registration, email communications, and attendee tracking Partner closely with Sales to ensure timely and effective lead handoff and follow-up Track event performance and assist with reporting on event-driven revenue impact Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all event touchpoints
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or a related marketing role Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail Experience using event management platforms and marketing tools Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales Solid understanding of brand guidelines and consistent brand representation
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting revenue-focused or demand generation events Familiarity with lead tracking, CRM systems, or marketing automation tools Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
