THE ROLE We’re hiring a Short-Form Video Content Creator to help us produce, test, and scale short‑form video across both organic feeds and paid advertising.

This role is built around a move-fast, break-stuff mindset.

We care more about momentum, testing, and learning than perfect polish. TikTok rewards speed, authenticity, and iteration — and this role exists to push ideas into the world, see what sticks, and build on what works.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director, but you’ll also have real creative freedom to experiment with formats, hooks, pacing, and storytelling styles.

The expectation isn’t that every video is perfect — it’s that we’re consistently learning and improving.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create short‑form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Adapt organic content into short‑form paid ads with multiple edit variants

Film confidently — casual, purposeful, human (authentic > polished)

Edit quickly using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or tools you’re fluent in

Experiment with hooks, pacing, transitions, and storytelling

Iterate based on performance insights and feedback

Collaborate with Creative and Marketing leadership

This is not an influencer role.

This is not a social media scheduler role.

This is creative + performance first.

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU…

Live on TikTok and understand the nuances of viral performance

Think in hooks, loops, retention, and pacing

Enjoy experimentation, iteration, and fast creative cycles

Can film yourself or orchestrate casual in‑house filming

Edit without over‑polishing and can ship multiple versions quickly

Want creative ownership without being buried in meetings or management

TOOLS & SKILLS Required

Short‑form video creation experience (brand or agency)

Confidence filming casual, authentic content

Fast editing in CapCut and Adobe Premiere

Bonus

Experience adapting organic content into paid ads

Basic understanding of attention metrics (watch time, retention)

Adobe After Effects experience
