Job Description As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you’ll bring our brand to life, act as the company's face, and bring your real self to work each day.
Your Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests in a “friends first” mindset and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie products, make product suggestions, and enthusiastically discuss details.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Support teammates and contribute to effective teamwork.
Act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.

You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You love AE and Aerie products.
You have prior retail experience.
