WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Resident Care Director!
Current RN or LPN license in Nevada
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
2+ years' leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care
CPR and First Aid certified
Strong knowledge of nursing standards and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A sincere dedication to serving seniors
DAY-TO-DAY As our Resident Care Director, you'll play a vital role in leading our care programs and ensuring the well-being of every resident. You'll oversee health assessments, service plans, and medication management while mentoring staff to uphold the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities include:
Supervising resident health assessments and crafting individualized service plans
Managing the medication program and ensuring staff competency in administration
Providing training, education, and outside coordination for care staff
Leading resident care meetings and quality assurance reviews
Communicating openly with residents, families, staff, and healthcare partners
Collaborating with therapists, dieticians, and specialists for holistic care
Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
