Position Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.

Salary: $20.00 per hour plus $1.00 differential.

Must work in a freezer environment for the entire shift (sub‑freezing temperature). Freezer gear and jackets are provided.

Must have experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack and Standup Forklift.

Position Purpose Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards. The Warehouse Person moves and tracks all inbound, outbound, and stored products—offloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing items. In this role you will work in a freezer environment; the cooler and freezer environments can range from 36 °F (2 °C) to –10 °F (–23 °C). Freezer jackets are provided.

Responsibilities

Receives all inbound merchandise and locates the proper pick location.

Restocks order pick and flow lines to prepare the warehouse for order selection.

Ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to accommodate routine or special demands.

Maintains a high level of attention to detail, ensuring proper attention is given to all areas including balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other areas as assigned.

Transfers merchandise from the receiving area to the appropriate location and consolidates merchandise into picking containers as necessary.

Packs products securely in cartons and totes, applies shipping ID, and marks cartons/totes with truck run and stop number.

Ensures safe and efficient movement and tracking of inbound, outbound, and stored products within the warehouse.

Maintains inventory integrity by adhering to system processes.

Pulls orders according to sequencing on delivery route/run list.

Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.

Performs end‑of‑shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work.

Maintains orderly workstation; returns supplies and merchandise to assigned locations.

Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines, ensuring a safe work area and reporting unsafe conditions immediately.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.

Minimum 6 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience using an electric pallet jack.

Must be able to work scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.

Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.

Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, replenish product from various heights, weighing between 10–35 lbs and generally up to 60–90 lbs, depending on the location.

Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment such as forklift operation.

Passes post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.

Compensation $20.00 per hour plus $1.00 differential.
