Heirlooms Retail Floor Coordinator - Montrose Store 20hrs/week

Become a part of Heirlooms for Hospice and HopeWest in Montrose as the next Heirlooms Retail Floor Coordinator. This position has the unique opportunity to become a team member at one of the most frequented stores in Montrose County. You’ll feel good about going to work knowing Heirlooms helps to support the mission of HopeWest.

We are seeking an individual who can contribute to a team of committed staff and volunteers who transform the cherished items donated by supporters into dollars that make the mission possible.

This position will support other team members including volunteers in their work to create a unique shopping experience for customers, while lending ear and heart to our donors.

Requirements, Pay and Benefits:

$16.50-17.00/Hour.

You can play an important role on the team:

Welcoming customers and donors

Helping to sort and price merchandise donations

Creating interesting displays of jewelry, home décor, collectibles, furniture and clothing

Becoming a HopeWest ambassador to the communities that own us.

In conjunction with store managers and staff, develops and produces store displays

Guides and trains volunteers in the art of merchandising and sales

Develops effective processes for store organization and donation processing

Determines daily tasks for immediate completion

A working knowledge of the public with Customer Service experience preferred.

Ability to be interrupted and maintain a good attitude with customers, volunteers and staff.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
