Location: Richmond, VA — commutable from Midlothian, Chesterfield, Glen Allen, Mechanicsville, Ashland, Petersburg, Hopewell, Short Pump, Henrico, Bon Air, Hanover, Colonial Heights

On offer is the chance to oversee project quality, commissioning activities, documentation, and on-site technical performance for large-scale mission-critical builds. You will support the electrical delivery lifecycle—from reading drawings and wire pulls through to commissioning, testing, and documentation—while leading a team of technicians and Foremen.
This role would suit someone coming from an electrical contractor with strong commercial or industrial construction experience who is ready to step up into a leadership role and take ownership of quality and commissioning on some of the most exciting projects in the region with further opportunity to progress long-term into an executive role.
The Role:
Manage quality and commissioning activities on large electrical projects
Read and interpret drawings, prints, and technical documentation
Lead and coordinate a team of techs and Foremen
The Candidate:
Commercial electrical contracting project experience
Background with relevant software
