Party Coordinator at Urban Air Adventure Parks. The Party Coordinator is responsible for selling fun and serves as the first point of contact to design birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, or other group events with a combination of food, drinks and attractions. Sell and coordinate party packages in a fast-paced Family Entertainment environment. Engage with guests, communicate clearly, and sell value-added experiences. Respond to leads in a timely fashion (same to next business day). Set and pursue goals, including booking sales three months in advance. Ensure an excellent customer experience and resolve conflicts quickly and fairly. Qualifications
Outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enjoy talking to customers and selling value-added experiences. Ability and willingness to resolve conflicts quickly and fairly. A Day in the Life
Sell the FUN and collaborate with Park Team to deliver an excellent guest experience for all groups. Build relationships that foster repeat business and referrals. Represent Urban Air with energy and enthusiasm when describing activities and events. Sell party packages and follow up with guests to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. Contribute to achieving store financial results and support leadership initiatives. Maintain safety, a well-maintained environment, and a sanitary workspace. Perform other duties as assigned as needed. Working Environment
Non-typical Family Entertainment environment with attractions, events, and guest experiences. Business casual attire. Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and/or evenings as needed. About Urban Air Adventure Parks
