What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee and evaluate compliance programs for Infrastructure Services, ensuring adherence to regulations
Collaborate with technology owners to apply policies, procedures, and audit requirements effectively
Manage documentation and evidence repositories for audits, including automated scans and manual scripting
Develop, update, and communicate compliance policies and procedures in alignment with various standards
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of four years of experience in design, implementation, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting technology
Proficiency in implementing and supporting security frameworks such as NIST 800-53, DISA, CIS, HITRUST, and PCI
Familiarity with enterprise audits, including SOC2, FISMA, MAC ARS, and DOD CCRI
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly
Competence in navigating SQL relational databases and experience with audit infrastructure tools like Nessus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with the Department of Defense (DOD)
Background as a liaison between Infrastructure Services and Audit/Security organizations
Experience managing multiple audits simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
