Overview
Quality Improvement Coordinator at Devereux focuses on driving quality improvements and enhancing outcome measures within the Enhanced Behavioral Supports Homes (EBSH) program. The role requires staying up to date with industry knowledge, participating in staff training requirements, and leading meetings to ensure adherence to Devereux policies and licensing and accreditation regulations at federal, state, and local levels. The coordinator oversees quality management of EBSH programs, including data analysis, reporting, and coordination between the EBSH program and administration. This is an onsite position split between Lompoc and Santa Barbara, CA. Compensation is $28-30/hr DOE. Oversee quality management for EBSH programs, including data analysis, reporting, and ensuring adherence to Devereux policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with the Enhanced Behavioral Supports Homes to drive quality improvements and optimize outcome measures. Stay up to date with the latest industry knowledge and participate in staff training requirements. Lead meetings and coordinate between EBSH program operations and administration to ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and relevant guidelines. Travel between Lompoc and Goleta as needed to fulfill responsibilities. Qualifications
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience and skill demonstration may be considered in lieu of degree. EXPERIENCE: One to two years of experience in the behavioral health quality improvement field is preferred; related health care and quality management experience may be considered. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft applications. Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to established guidelines. Flexible schedule and ability to travel between Lompoc and Goleta. Valid driver’s license required. Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies to reduce risk.
