Generate 4 testable performance ad concepts per day Additional variations per concept with different hooks, end caps, etc. Identify new trends, formats, and storytelling frameworks across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Turn product benefits—absorption, science, efficacy, outcomes—into clear, emotional consumer-focused narratives. Maintain and prioritize a high-volume creative pipeline aligned to weekly testing sprints. Production Management: Manage a UGC Talent Manager/VA to source, negotiate, and coordinate creators. Write clear briefs, storyboards, scripts, and on-camera directions for creators. Oversee a Video Editor to execute concepts quickly and on brand. Requirements
3–5 years experience in DTC performance creative (health, wellness, beauty, CPG preferred) Expert at hooks, UGC direction, storytelling, scripting, and concepting Obsessed with studying winning ads and reverse-engineering patterns Extremely organized and able to manage multiple creative partners Analytical thinker who loves seeing creative data and turning it into insights Strong communicator, self-directed operator, and creative problem-solver Comfortable in a high-speed environment with daily deliverables
