Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

* As a licensed practical nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care to the residents of your nursing home.

* You will supervise and educate the certified nursing assistants.

* You will prepare and administer medications on a schedule.

* You will promptly chart and maintain your documentation.

* You will develop and encourage a positive work environment for all your team-members.

Requirements:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications :

* Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing.

* A current and valid nursing license in the State of Illinois.

* Current and valid CPR certification.

* One year or more experience in long-term care.
