Preferably AM shifts (Overnight shifts may also be available) Pay:

$37–$40/hour (DOE)

Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a detox and residential treatment program in the Encino/Tarzana area. This role is ideal for an LVN who is comfortable working with clients experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions in a structured, supportive environment.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to clients in detox and residential levels of care Monitor vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and overall client stability Administer medications and treatments as ordered by medical providers Accurately document nursing notes, medication administration, and client observations in

KIPU EMR Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary treatment team regarding client status and concerns Respond appropriately to medical or psychiatric emergencies Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements Support a therapeutic, respectful, and recovery-oriented environment

Qualifications Active and unrestricted

LVN license

in the state of California Experience in detox, residential xsgimln treatment, behavioral health, or substance use treatment preferred Familiarity with

KIPU EMR

strongly preferred Ability to work 12-hour shifts and function effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
