Ramirez, Johnson, and Associates is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Low Voltage Design Engineer to support and enhance our expanding technology design practice. You will be part of a group that supports each other, takes pride in our work, and contributes to projects that connect technology, architecture, and user experience. *What You Will Do* * Design structured cabling systems for voice, data, video, and network infrastructure * Develop A/V, access control, CCTV, and building automation system layouts * Produce drawings, riser diagrams, details, and schedules using Revit and AutoCAD * Plan and coordinate telecom rooms, pathways, conduit systems, and equipment arrangements * Integrate low voltage systems into BIM models for coordinated design and construction * Ensure code compliance and adherence to TIA, EIA, NEC, and related standards * Support construction activities by reviewing submittals and responding to RFIs *What You Bring* * 5 to 10 years experience in low voltage, ICT, or structured cabling design * Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required * Understanding of TIA and EIA cabling standards and industry best practices * Familiarity with A/V systems, security infrastructure, and automation controls * Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients and project teams * RCDD certification preferred * A mindset focused on quality, coordination, and continuous improvement *Why Join RJA* * Flexible schedule and supportive work environment * Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package * Opportunities to work on technology driven projects across multiple markets * A team culture that values collaboration, curiosity, and technical excellence * Mentorship, training, and long term career growth Interested in joining us?
