Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours

About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with GLC Group, GLC On-The-Go to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Windsor, Vermont, 05089!
Windsor, VT RN – Med/Surg-Tele 13 weeks | Nights | 12-hr shifts | 36 hrs/week guaranteed
$21/hr + $1,610/wk stipends = $2,366 weekly gross OT Rate: $68/hr Start: 12/15 Shift / Requirements Every other weekend required; holidays if needed
On-call: TBD
EMR: Cerner
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4–5 | Avg daily census: 22
Must have own vehicle; local travelers (within 50 miles) not eligible
Time Off Policy All requested time off must be noted at upload
Max 5 days RTO; late requests not approved
