Description: The Med/Tele RN provides care to patients with a variety of medical conditions requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Responsibilities include assessing patient status, monitoring telemetry, administering medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms.
